Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thank you for shopping at Solevie Shop. We currently ship orders to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During sales, promotional events, or peak holiday periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

United States: 7–12 business days
Canada: 8–15 business days
United Kingdom: 8–15 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free-shipping promotions may be available from time to time. Any applicable conditions will be shown on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking information.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the package has been shipped. In some cases, tracking updates may be delayed while the package is transferred between international and local delivery carriers.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. Solevie Shop does not control customs charges and cannot predict the exact amount that may be charged.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing your order.

To request an address correction, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or refusal to pay applicable customs charges, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.

Delayed Orders

Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or carrier-related issues.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, reception area, or designated safe place.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors whether they accepted the package.
  3. Contact the local delivery carrier using the tracking number.
  4. Contact Solevie Shop if the package is still missing.

Claims for lost or missing packages should be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Solevie Shop is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout. However, we will provide reasonable assistance when communicating with the shipping carrier.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages due to stock availability or different fulfillment locations.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because your order is shipped separately.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping package
  • The shipping label

Please keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
